Raqs Kawleeya comes out of the dance practices of the Kawleeya of Iraq. It is quickly becoming popular in the international belly dance community for one of its main characteristics, hair movements. Hair is used so often that it gives the effect of freedom and control. Dalida will offer modifications for these movements. In addition, dancers wear long tight dresses which help accentuate hips movements. Come learn a fun and dynamic choreography.
